Marcus is the General Manager at Melbourne Cement Facilities. A qualified Chemical Engineer, he has been employed in business management for 20 years.

He has joined the Fishermans Bend Business Forum to advocate for the Cement, Concrete and Aggregates industries located in the Lorimer and Fishermans Bend Precincts. In particular, he is looking to help shape the areas future whilst being mindful of the past and present contributions of local industries.

Marcus is a Cultural Change Business Leader with a continuous improvement focus. He has specialised in reengineering underperforming systems, facilities and cultures through structured cross functional team programs. Trained as an Analytical Chemist and Chemical Engineer, he has post graduate qualifications in contract management, procurement, and business governance. Marcus has worked in both government and private enterprises, and has experience in the Water Sector, Food, Pharmaceutical, and Industrial manufacturing and packing facilities, at bulk, commercial and retail supply and distribution levels.
