With over 20 years experience as a CEO in a number of sectors including health and aged care, emergency services and family violence together with experience as a senior executive in Local Government, Mary is an innovative strategic thinker with unique experience in organisational improvement, transformation and cultural change.
Mary currently provides coaching and mentoring to senior executives. She is also involved in a number of not-for-profit organisations including Rotary Melbourne. Living in the City of Port Phillip, Mary has a keen interest in the development and success of Fishermans Bend as a nation leading innovative precinct.
