Trams to Fishermans Bend: The Missing Link
Infrastructure Victoria’s latest 30-year strategy highlights major transport and housing reforms, including long-awaited tram links to Fishermans Bend. The plan proposes extending tram routes 11 and 67 to connect the precinct with the city—critical for transforming it into a thriving hub for 80,000 future residents. Without these links, development risks stalling, leaving the area car-dependent and disconnected.
The Fishermans Bend Business Forum has long advocated for this investment, ensuring the precinct reaches its full potential as a connected and accessible part of Melbourne.

Bensons Appointed for Fishermans Bend Development Project

When contacted about the transaction, President and NSL Property Group Managing Director, Guy Naselli said: “The prime city fringe location coupled with the need to deliver a quality project this close to the CBD makes the Fishermans Bend site an ideal fit”
